FAQ
How does it work?
Pair to your phone via Bluetooth once, then play anything — music, podcasts, or a white-noise app. Your audio gently masks outside noise and a snoring partner. It's not noise-cancelling — your sound simply covers the sound.
How do I connect it?
Turn on the headband, open Bluetooth on your phone, and tap the headband when it appears in your list — you're connected.
What's in the box?
1 headband, a charging cable, and an instruction card.
Is it washable?
Hand-wash only: slide the speakers out first, then gently wash the fabric.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 10 hours of playback, and about 1–2 hours to fully charge.
Will it fit my head?
One size — the soft band stretches to fit most people comfortably.
Is it noise-cancelling?
No, there's no active noise cancellation. It plays your audio to mask outside sound, which most customers find very effective against a snoring partner or background noise.
How is it different from earbuds?
No hard buds in your ears — nothing to fall out or press on your ear canal overnight. The speakers are flat and tucked inside soft fabric.
The sound seems quiet — how do I make it louder?
Position the flat speakers directly over your ears, then raise the volume on both the headband's + button and your phone. Alignment makes the biggest difference.
Why does my Bluetooth keep disconnecting?
The headband pairs with one device at a time. If it keeps dropping, disconnect it from any other phone or tablet nearby, then reconnect.
Does it arrive charged?
It ships partially charged so you can try it right away — but we recommend a full 2-hour charge before your first night.
What if there's a problem with it?
We've got you covered.
First 30 days (30-Night Trial): Not happy for any reason, or it arrives faulty? Return it within 30 days for a full refund or free replacement — we cover the return shipping.
Days 31–90 (Limited Warranty): If a genuine manufacturing defect appears with normal use, we'll send a free replacement. Email support@hsetta.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. For replacements in this period, the buyer covers the replacement shipping.
Covered: no sound or one-sided audio, won't power on or charge, won't pair over Bluetooth, or speaker/stitching failure under normal use.
Not covered: accidental or physical damage, water damage, washing without removing the speakers first, lost parts, and normal wear (fading, pilling, elastic loosening).
After 90 days, the warranty period ends.
